Salads are really good and they can be under a certain amount of calories. You can try these tasty salads and even stay on your diet plan or your exercise plan as needed. They are all under 100 calories and you will love every bite.

Green Bean salad is one that you can eat, because it is under 100 calories. You really do not have to do much when it comes to making this salad. You can actually wolf this down without being over full and or sleepy. Green bean salad is an easy dish to put together, because you can add some of your favorite seasons to this dish.

2. Apple, Orange, Honey and Cinnamon Salad

Yes you will notice that this is a nice fruit salad. You can eat this as a side dessert if you want something sweet after your dinner. You can actually add more fruit to this salad if you do not want to eat any of the fruit provided. This makes a nice dessert and after dark snack.

This is a nice low calorie dish and you can serve this to your family any given day. There is so much you can do with this dish, but keeping it simple will be the best option. There are a lot of healthy vitamins when it comes to this salad. You can add the olive oil if you do not mind the extra calories that you are eating, but if you do then you can leave the olive oil out.

4. Cucumber and onion Salad

Yes not many love onions, but this is a good salad to eat. This salad is under 100 calories, so you can eat this a few times if you want. This is a great way to start eating healthy and making sure that you start your healthy journey. Cucumber is not for everyone, but if you want you can add some type of seasoning or just try and cook the cucumbers a little bit.

This salad is about 85 calories per serving. Many people like corn and sometimes it is nice to have some type of salad to add corn. When adding corn kernels you can add more vegetables and a few other things that you will like. This can be done a few ways, but many add some tomatoes and other other veggies to sweeten the deal.

Tropical Fruit salad is nice and you can add all of the tropical fruits that you want. Many want to add the fruits that they like, but using tropical fruits is a must when you are trying to make this salad. Once you are done you can add some whip cream in order to make it taste wonderful.

You have to make sure that you have the top three ingredients for this salad which are juice from lime, Jicama and chili powder.
